Agreement

By accessing or using LeadFair ("we," "us," "our") — including the website at leadfair.ai and the platform at app.leadfair.ai — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What LeadFair Is

LeadFair is an AI-powered business management platform. It provides tools including an AI receptionist, lead management, automations, visibility optimization, and a Company Companion AI — all designed to help small businesses operate more efficiently.

LeadFair is a software tool, not a guarantee of business results. We provide the platform; how you use it determines your outcomes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. By creating an account, you represent that this is true.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that happens under your account
  • The accuracy of the information you provide
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadFair to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without proper consent
  • Violate any laws, including telemarketing and privacy regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive anyone
  • Misrepresent who you are or impersonate others
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the system
  • Use the AI receptionist or Company Companion for anything illegal or harmful

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Billing and Payments

  • Plans are billed monthly. Current plans are Solo ($199/mo), Team ($399/mo), and Business ($599/mo)
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service
  • If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you 7 days to resolve it before suspending your account
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of your billing period

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then
  • After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, it is permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy for details)
  • We may also terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity

Your Data

  • You own your data. Your leads, call recordings, Company Companion knowledge, CRM data, and any other business information you put into LeadFair belongs to you
  • You grant us a license to use your data only to operate and improve the platform for you
  • We never use your data to train AI models for other customers
  • You can export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV/JSON)

AI Disclaimer

LeadFair uses artificial intelligence throughout the platform, including the AI receptionist and Company Companion. You understand that:

  • AI is not perfect. It may occasionally misunderstand callers, provide inaccurate responses, or make mistakes
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and actions that affect your business
  • The AI receptionist is not a replacement for emergency services. It should not be relied on for urgent or life-threatening situations
  • AI features may change, improve, or be updated over time

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Program name: LeadFair Business Notifications

Description: When you use LeadFair or provide your phone number through our platform, you may receive automated text messages related to your account and business activity. These messages include lead notifications, appointment reminders, follow-up sequences, automation alerts, and account updates sent by the LeadFair platform on behalf of your business.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and automation settings. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on how your business uses LeadFair
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
  • Opt out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive these automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-Party Services

LeadFair integrates with third-party services including Twilio (phone/SMS), ElevenLabs (voice AI), Anthropic (language AI), and Stripe (payments). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, or policy changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LeadFair is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business results
  • We are not liable for missed calls, lost leads, AI mistakes, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the issue arose

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold LeadFair harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
